Herblore, most peoples most hated of all the skills. Whilst some prefer this skill over fletching (me) the majority hate!!! It!!! Anyway, to make it more cope worthy I have decided to make a guide to help the less passinate about herblore

Learn thy herbs :!:
LEARN YOUR HERBS! I have heard this happening millions of times! Some inexperienced herblorist trading quality unids for his range of herbs! You can be giving away valueable XP not to mention handing over a fortune! If you can't ID 'em, get to that lvl OR sell them for 1k-2k each! Don't just flog 'em away for some lower class guams, that could be a Rannar, Dwarf Weed or even a Torstol that you just gave away! High lvl players will throw money at you for Rannars, Dwarf Weeds and Torstol, SO DON'T GIVE 'EM AWAY!!! You might wanna get a more experienced friend to try and ID them for you , if you wanna sell those way out of your reach then just flog 'em, check Runescape bites and bytes, Runehq and the offical Runescape forums to find the best deals on herbs etc. The more time you pour into this part the greater your profit. Think of it as maturing beer, the longer the stronger :D

Knowst where art thou herbs :!:
I bet right now you're thinking "Pfft, why tell us that we don't even know where to get 'em!" Well, there's three fairly good places the best is The chaos tower:Image
Just west of ardounge north entrance over a little wooden bridge, it requires lvl 46 theiving to enter. Take a lockpick/picklock and keft click door and select picklock door until it allows thou within! This is usually the least crowded place of all three, it has two tables, various chairs and two ladders. The ladder leading up takes you to the a similar sized room with a large and round table covering more than half, the ladder going down leaders to a small dungeon which has access to the blood rune chests (reward = 2 blood runes and 500gp per theiving). There are only four chaos druids in here but they respawn fairly quick, like most druids they drop herbs ALOT! They also drop coins (not worth the space), laws and various other runes, vials of water, snape grass (used to make Prayer potions which sell for up to 6,000 gp per one! A great cashin! And also to make fishing pots) and VERY RARELY they drop the Dragon spear! Going for around 400k now days! Not a bad bit on the side .

The second best is most likely the Taverly dungeon druids:Image
They are as above Chaos druids (little red dudes with red robes and white hair, yup thats 'em). They too respawn pretty quick. There is more in this dungeon, the reason this herblore place is scarce is because of how many people come here! No requiremnets you can just storm in and start killing just like that *clicks* unlike the Chaos tower were you need 46 theiving to enter! The dungeon is located just South-East-East from the white wolf mountain. Not only does the ammount of people there put you off s does the distance of the bank! The nearest being falador's eastern bank  thats a looong way! This has a higher druid count than The chaos tower but the ammount of herblorists or sellers easily outnumbers them.

The third and in my opinion the worst! Is the edgeville dungeon chaos druids: ImageAgain, the red dudes with white hair. The off-put? It's in the wilderness, I've seen tons of pk's happening here and I mean tons! I'd advise you not to go here due to the reasons above but hey it's your funeral, mate!

Theres also a fourth place I have just relised existed. Yanille agilty dungeon. You will need 46 agilty to get to the Chaos druid warriors (lvl 37) they drop herbs and some wepaonary. You will recognise them by their usualy red garments and their steel chainbody and steel mace.
Heres a picture:
Image to get to the second part of the dungeon you'll need lvl 57 agilty (TY 1.wizard.1) for the lvls. Anyways these are regular Chaos druids heres a picture:Image
Beside the Chaos druid warriors is a Zamarok altar for you devilish followers . Make sure you bring at least two lobbies and an anti poison (not to mention teleport runes), if you fail the hand holds or the ledge you'll fall into a pit losing a fair ammount of hits and being attacked by POISON Spiders so make sure you bring an anti-poison (doesn't matter because you can make 'em right?) This is an ok dungeon. Barely ever used (due to requirements) nearest bank is Yanille bank and might be a put off to those with a lower agilty lvl. However, I'd recommend it people with agilty 68+. As you can go with about 5 lobsters, teleport to ardougne, and enough runes to cast Fire strike (lvl 13 magic required) about 500 times. This will definetly get you a key from saliman the twisted (drops sinister key, which ives access to the "herblore chest" as I call it). From the chest you get 3 harralander, 2 rannar, 2 Irit, 1 avantoe, 1 snapdragon, 1 Dwarf weed and 1 Torstol. Good Xp :D!

Whats the requirements to begin!?
Well firstly to do anything you must have done Druidic ritual heres the link to Runescapes bits and bytes version:
http://www.rsbandb.com/GuidQuestsView.php?id=00185 This will enable you to ID guam herbs and to make basic Attack potions :D Guams are easy to find and are dropped commonly by chaos druids, men, skeletons, women and more! REMEMBER TO KEEP ALL HERBS! At this point I'd have a friend ID them, if you have a friend with lvl 30 herblore than great if higher thats still good. Because at this point you'll want to get the best herbs that will lvl you (Guams- Rannars) and sell the rest for a tidy sum. Above Rannar herbs are uniquely more valuble. They can sell for up to 3k each! Sounds like a nice porfit to me :D. Keeping the mediocre herbs (Guams - Rannars) until about lvl 38 is a good plan.
Using Guams until you can make marrentil potions and using marrentil and guams until you can make Tarromin potions and so forth until prayer potions! Now if you have saved up all your rannars you should have ALOT, go to west penisula (west of the crafting guild cows, moo!)Image
It respawns fairly quickly, the hobgoblins are lvls 24 and 42 and are medium on the agressive charts. They will leave you if you lay some metal into 'em (translation: if you kill enough they'll learn not to mess with all mighty you ). Anyways back to prayer potions; these will sell for around 5-6k each (3 doses) and are for that soul reason very good to keep (not to mention great xp for you guys!) You should make at least 60k from all those rannars (check all known forums for best deals!)
Keep repeating this process until lvl 40+ and you'll be swimming in cash! Now I strongly suggest you do One small favour
http://www.rsbandb.com/GuidQuestsView.php?id=00451 as the reward xp is deadly worth it, if you do this then bong it on herblore and you'll shoot on up :D if not your gunna have a long grueling herblorism experience  after you've done it would be very easy and not to mention worth it "Eadgars ruse"
http://www.rsbandb.com/GuidQuestsView.php?id=00429 this will once again raise your lvl like a soaring eagle (sorry, that was a terrible simile). Now you'll have hit about lvl 50-55 maybe even higher! I'm gunna break it to you now, there's not much of an easy way from now... Besides getting two loads of herbs at the same time! HOW?! With farming! I STRONGLY compell you to get 32-56 farming (Rannars-Kwuarm). WHY? Because then while you've got those growing you can hit the chaos druids (literally  ) and make some extra herbs on the way. occasionly the little mischeiveous herbs will die  Don't mourn it leave that to the mourners just dig it up and throw it away! This will help raise cash and to get extra herb experience. High lvl herb seeds are best dropped by ogres in my experience. These drop 'em occasionly and not to mention good ones as well! Or buy 'em! (high prices though).

Trading and dealing!
The higher lvl you'll get the more you'll find the potions you make on demand especially super sets! Anyways, trade your potions for the herbs needed to make them! I usually do this in Seer's bank, then after I am happy with my business deals I go to the elemental workshop
(http://www.rsbandb.com/GuidQuestsView.php?id=00348) and kill water elemental. 100% chance of dropping a vial of water! Not to mention goodish xp! Then all you need is to buy/get the secondary items (choclate dust, ground uniconr horn etc.) and Walla! You just saved tons of money rather than buying the hrbs yourself!
The dealing part is make the potions especially super sets IE. Super attack (lvl 45), super strength (lvl 55) and super defence (lvl 66) and selling for 10-15k for all three of them! REMEMBER TO ALWAYS ALWAYS SELL PRAYER POTIONS (unless you need for your personnal use), this is my main cash resource during herblore! Poison potions can be very helpful to PK'ers as it's used to poison arrows and throwing weapons, mainly! Others such as ranging potion and Magic potion can sell for a tidy ammount also, DO NOT EVER empty a vial unless it's below harralander as your not only waisting a potion your waisting cash, and seriously who burns/throws cash away?! Thats right No one! NO ONE!!!
Well these are the things I use, I hope it helped raising your herblore lvls and what not.

Mabye add a part and a pic about the agility dungeon. It has both Chaos Druids and Chaos Druid Warriors. :D

There is an agility requirement though. To get to Chaos Druid Warriors you need 39 aglilty I think. To get to the Chaos Druids you need 57 agility.

A little mistake I noticed. The nearest bank is Falador's western bank which you can quickly access by climbing over the crumbling wall. (level 6 agility I do believe to use the crumbling wall)
