What is best monster to train on???

What is best to train on at lvl 78 combat i need to know because i am dieing to go up to lvl 90 real fast...plz help

Firegiants are terrible to train on at that level..he would be going through food to fast.

There is no one monster that's better than all the rest. You're better off going about and finding one that best suits you.

Not really when i was level 60 i could take one with 8 lobs
And i was wwearing full steel

And the two statments conteract against each other

THE LEVEL 25 experiments in Fenkenstrains cave. 100hp and never hit to full rune. Insane exp. Just dont attack the level 51 ones. :roll:

Yea. I just realized that myself.

At 82 defence i still use to much food on firegiants i look for things with high hits that do low damage. They are the best monsters.
