Short and simple. WhiteKngihts.

1. Do Recruitment Drive
2. Change your spawn to Falador.
3. Bring 3 items
4. Train.

When you die. You spawn at the same place you were training.

1: Recruitment drive is a new quest that "tests your thinking powers" as jagex said. You start this quest in falador castle by talking to Sir amik varse in the east side of the castle by going up the ladder. Here is the link to the quest guide-http://forums.rsbandb.com/viewtopic.php?t=12141
2: It automatically does this when you finish the quest but you can change it back to lumbridge by talking to the advisor in falador park
