Santa hats all of a sudden rise

what happened?its not even winter time and people are buying santas for 3mil-4.5mil in Varrock,i mean its summer and it kinda makes me sad because i sold mine for 400k along time ago.
I wish i would of kept it.I seen a mod erlier buying them for 4 mil in Varrock world 1 and its just odd that they just rose all of a sudden

The new armor knocked the economey for a spin. Everything is in turmoil. A lot of priced are dropping.

every1 who was rich started buying all santa hats at 500k when they were going for tht easy

then when no1 was sellign any more people like now are paying crazy prices

i think someone or a bunch of people are deliberately driving the prices up just so they can benefit from it

i bought my santa about 4 months ago for 475k, and now i cant go a day without 100 people trying to buy it. but yeah it is amazing how there suddenly rising. just to think, if runescape last say another 10 years, rares might sell for dare i say it, billions!!!!! or maybe not who knows
