I don't really have a favourite god, but I think I'd pick Saradomin. Never liked Zamorak and the others were too minor. :wink:

I wear zamorak armour, but I personally don't really get too involved in the gods... (other than prayers)
But if I had to pick, it'd be Guthix.
Saradomin = Liar! Guthix created RuneScape!
Zamorak = At least you make me look rich.
