I've died in Monkey Madness around... say ... I dunno... TEN TIMES!!!!!!! I was a noob, not even level 37 prayer, keep dying from the archers...
Then I trained for around 2 months, got prayer to 43, and combat stats up, and owned Monkey Madness!
I've died in Desert Treasure once while fighting Damis. I was using SwiftSwitch, accidentally right clicked outside of the gameplay area, pressed back, and logged out... I came back, and I had 3 items, and I was outside the White Knight's Castle...
Luckily Tidus_Jecht7 was there to pick up my stuff, and meet me at Camelot. We went back there and I owned Damis!
Here's a close call, when I was fighting Kamil, I had him down to around 15 hp, but I had to teleport because I was down to 10-15 hp myself with no food or Prayer Potions. Alex 43 (who was helping me) came back, gave me a few more potions, another teletab, and we went back. I killed him, got the Ice diamond (with 20 hp and no food ...)
Also, of course, I died in Fremminik Trials fighting the 4th form of that one dude, but everyone has...
