at which lvl are you no longer a noob?

Noob isn't levels, it's attitude in the game. Someone who is new to the game is a newb, someone who constantly begs, swears, cheats etc. is a noob.

I'd say a noob is someone who ACTS like they're under level 30.

In my opinion, maturity on the game proves who you are, not your lvls.

low lvls, or a high lvl with low lvl skillz = newb. Not a noob unless they are immature, and act obnoxious.

Noob is more based on attitude than levels and combat.

Ive seen many high level noobs (105+) or choobs (where do they come up with these?). Take for example at Dharoks in the barrows in world 2. Not a friendly place. Many high level player sit there and high alch and wait for other players to come. Then once one does come, waits for them to start fighting. Theres usually a big roup there. They all start teleothering you so you cant move, attack, type, etc. You have to decline about 10 teleother requests. Then they do it again. I have almost died from this. Later I found out that all you need to do is turn aid to "off". But I think this is a good example of the word "noob".

ive seen lvl 120's who act like their 5 yrs old, and ive seen lvl 40's who are very mature and wise o.0

noobs are not determined by level, rather your age. newbs are determined by level
