[Guide] little hints to get you cash (post your hints inside!!!)

I merchant willow logs. I started with 300k and just bought and cut willows. I buy willows 30ea then i sell them for 35-50ea and gain lotsa munny!

Heres one for f2p : buy 2k coal for about 300k . then buy 1k iron for 100k . then smelt to get 1k steel bars . then sell for 550gp-600gp each !
you can get this done in easily one day! and a nice 150k-200k profit from it with pretty good xp too!

not bad i dont really know how to make much money so this should help me........

What i did when i first started and was f2p was smithing.
first get your mining and smithing up by doing quests like knights sword( from lvl 1 you get to 30+ smithing if i recall) and dorics anvil.
Once you get 30 smithing and mining mine 200 coal and 100 iron.
Smelt into steel bars and sell for 500-600 each.
then buy coal for 100-150 each and iron for 50-100 each or mine it and repeat.
To lvl up your mining and smithing and make some cash on the side.
Mine tin and copper till you have 199 of each.
Then smelt the bars and smith 100 bronze maces and sell to mace shop in falador for no less then 10 gp each( world changing is required).
then make 33 bronze kites and sell them to the shield shop for no less then 30-40 each( once again world changing makes it heaps quicker.) then use the steel bars technique till your RICH RICH RICH...

Another good way for f2pers to make some cash is fishing.
1. get your fishing and cooking to 20 which everway you see fit. ( i can'y remember what i did)
2. get about 500-1000 feathers and go to barb village and fish trout(fly fishing rod required) and keep all the fish you catch. Walking north will take you to edgeville the closest bank.
3. once your done fishing cook all the fish you caught.
4. sell the cooked trout for 50-100 gp each and the salmon 100gp each to lower lvl players and pkers.
5. once 40 fishing and cooking go to karamja island and fish lobsters( lobbie pot required).
6. when you have caught a nice amount( over 300) cook them.
7. sell them for 150-200 each and repeat for some good cash.

here we go another one will add more soon.

ranarr herb seeds.

1. when you get the lvl to plant ranarrs look after them very good plant them at ardy fala and catherby this is becasue of the tele points
2. when there are fully grown pick them
3. you will learn that u can get between a minimum of 3 to max of 8 (tht i know off).
4. sell them at 5k ea or make them into prayer pots them sell them.
5. seeds cost me only 200ea ranarr seeds can make u between 15k and 40k each

pking

1. best way to get good cash from pking is to create a pure
2. there are different pure here are a few
range pure // all range and 40 mage for hits xp (no other stats)
str pure // all str 40 att 1 or 10 def 40 range 40 mage for hits
att pure // all attack 50 + str 10 def 40 range 40 mage for hits
mage pure // all mage range for hits
3. go pking in either groups in high lvl wild or alone in low lvl.

dueling

1. duelers these can only include warriors // mages or ranger or hardly every allowed in good cash items duels
2. different duel methods
maul them 50 att 50 str 1 def
whip them 70 att 70 str 1 def or 40def+
d dagger them any combat good to get 60 att 40 str 1 def
long mace battle any combat
3. check there stats up u dont want to loose your cash do you
4. people saying "my rules only" are genrally like you pures or know what they are doing.
5. never put up huge stakes for the fact you could get so owned

Thieving:

Requirements 50

1. Go steal around 500 cakes at Ardougne
2. Go to Rogues Den
3. Withdraw around 20 Cakes
4. Go to wall safe and start theiving
5. Restock cakes when all eaten and bank
6. Repeat Steps 3 to 5
7. Get alot of gems. [ Around 500 or so]
8. Sell them all to make good cash or craft them and sell

Saphires: 200 to 500 gp ea
Emeralds 700 gp to 1k ea
Rubies: 1.5k to 2k ea
Diamonds: 3k to 5k ea

That might help your training to 59 if you ever want to thieve bloods.

For all you low lvled P2Pers with:

40 + Fishing (68 Recommended but not needed)

1. Go to Catherby or Fishing Guild
2. Take out your lobster pot and start cranking out those lobsters!
3. Bank when full inventory
4. When have a large amount of raw lobsters (1k or 2k). Go to forums Marketplace : Cooking and maybe there is an exchange for raw lobsters for cooked. Trade them and sell your 1k or 2k for 200 gp ea.


It might not be much but its an easily skill.

1k Cooked Lobsters = 200k
2k Cooked Lobsters = 400k

About 1k lobsters takes around 3 to 2 hours depending on fishing lvl. 200k for 3 to 2 hours. Not bad

F2P------- From Best way to Not the Best way

1) RUNECRAFTING AIRS--- It's easy to make 100k an hour if you have your runecrafting level at 44 or above. What you do is keep making air runes with few items equipped so that your weight is 0. Then run whenever you have energy to reduce times. I usually get around 5k air runes per hour like this but you need extreme FOCUS because it's easy to get bored. Listen to music while doing this

2) WOODCUTTING WILLOWS--- Me, at level 73 woodcutting, cut around 1.5k willows an hour. I used to cut 1k an hour at around level 50 with rune axe. So that's about 40k-60k an hour. If you're about level 80 woodcutting, you could probably pull of 2k an hour and that's I guess 80k. If you woodcut at Draynor Village, you can probably buy willows for 20 each. I bought about 10k willows and cut 4k willows while I was there.

3) MINING IRON-- Supposed to be really good to sell Iron for 100 each but I got bored of mining long ago so I'm not really an EXPERT in this field.

4) FIGHTING AGAINST ICE...--- Fight Ice warriors and ice giants in blurite cave. REQUIREMENT: 70 combat. If you're below, you're not going to make any good profits. Usually, these monsters drop about 40 nature runes for every inventory of lobbies and they're insanely good experience for f2p training spots. (Just don't tell anyone that I told you this).

5) FIGHTING MOSSIES--If you're a good combat level and can get regular drops from moss giants under Varrock sewers, take a fire staff along with the normal stuff and some nature runes. High alchemy only black squares, and mithril swords. If you're a good combat level and pretty fast, I think you can make around 40k an hour.
