I hit a 52 with whip at Giant skeletons with salve amulet(e).
Hit a 92 with ags spec on flagholder in castle wars(with castlewars brace).

my max hit is 15, f2p rune 2h and power ammy, no pots or prayer.

I hit pretty high during souls bane, lol. It depends on what I'm using, I hit 12 with dds, no pots, spec or pray. I've hit at least 13 with mage and using a ruby (e) spec I hit 25 or so. I just looked up a max hit calc and with spec, pray and pot I can double 18s. :o

My max was 45-45 in PVP with Full Void, Dbow, Prayer and 93 range + Pot.

I hav also hit 52 with dragon bolt (E) without void.
