Is The D Plate Possible?

i heard it's coming out next summer but this is what i heard.

I think that they will release a D plate.
IF you look at the home page of runescape the current picture is the one with that fight. the woman at the front is wearing what looks like an Armour type not in the current game. by the looks of it it looks like it could be a D plate.
Who really knows?
but if it does come out i think it will come out with rune dragons or a massive quest. It will probobly be worth 20-40 mill

I don't think they should, but they eventually will add it. Of course the barrows and other sets of armor will still be better. (hopefully)

Even if they did add it you better have a few 100m lying around if you want it anytime soon.
