its not that i hgate it..its just that i dont like doing it

i dont like it because its one of those those skills that drain money and they have no real reward for it imo

i like doing farming runs though they are fun..just hate it when drops die

Not much to say, when I played Farming was a favorite of mine.

No reason not to like it. Get to run around, see the parts of the game you normally don't..

I don't like farming simply because the thought process takes more than something like "get an axe, go cut wood, bank, repeat." I've adapted to skills that don't take as much thinking or items to be accomplished - gathering skills like fishing and woodcutting. The negative view on farming from most players held me back from training it as well. Maybe if I got a clue how to farm and had a friend to farm with, got to know the people I farmed with, I'd enjoy it.

Hmm.
I've wanted to farm but I don't know how/want to take the time to learn by myself.

My farming lvl is 2 because I raked weeds or something? I don't even know. My friend said I'd like farming, and he's going to teach me sometime, but we're both kind of taking a break from rs now so maybe later.

After reading what others wrote I think it's just a matter of farming being a more complicated skill. No one wants to take the effort to do something like farming when the rewards are not as great as some other skills that take less time/energy.

Because you train for 5 minutes then you have to wait around for a lump of EXP. People want rewards right away, they don't want to wait 840 minutes for them.

I like it tbh. Even if you do have to wait a while, you get a lot of exp. During that time you can train other skills. You can also make a fair bit of money if you herb farm. :)

I never really had enough money if I wanted to go far with farming, so I just haven't bothered.

It is not my favorite skill to work on as it seems the only part of it that supports combat is the herbs. When I do farming for a purpose, I farm herbs, when I do for levels, I will farm trees and herbs. The rest seems inconsequential at higher combat levels.

You either work towards all skills supporting combat or making money in RuneScape. As a combat supportive, it doesn't pass muster.

I really love farming. Taggurung(soz if I butchered your name) and I always farm together, that and the fact that the people who just plant in one spot are usually nice. I don't usually see many farmers, 'cause farming is alot more fun if you run all around rs planting stuff, but when I do, they're nice people, always willing to lend a hand or answer my many questions  I gotta say, farming with a friend is much more fun then by yourself though.

EDIT: Can I have my free cookie now?
