So you admit that skipping education over a game is acceptable?

I believe you deserved that ban. Skipping school is a crime, and for crimes you sould be punished.

I agree completely, skipping school just for the incentive of improving at a game is ridiculous.

I really doubt any of yall Can say what he did was wrong. He took a free day off from school big deal... Dont think any of yall have a right to say that he shoulda gone to school unless your his parents or want to be...

So you say that if you steal a candybar, it's unfair to get punishment?

Big deal, it's a candybar! But stealing is a crime, and laws aren't there for nothing.

And children in most countries must pass education until some point. Skipping it is not tolerated, and is therefore a crime. Surely he could have gotten detention or something, but as school obviously doesn't know about this skipping, Jagex can do that part for sure.

I sure hope this ban teaches you a lesson. Education comes before fun and games. Have you heard of truancy? If you haven't, to make it nice and simple, it is against the law. Sure I have 'thought' of skipping for RuneScape (for Summoning, I went to school anyway and it turned out that Summoning isn't that great)

Have fun being educated during those 9 days.

wtf r you talking about? I said nuthin about stealing or being faulted... I said if it is his choice to take a day off from school then it is his choice not yalls. I said nuthin about no candy bar or stealing.

thats nice he used that as a example but it isnt a good example at all. And i recently skiped 2 days of school, while i wasnt online i was playing alot of games like ddr. Free days from school ftw...

You must be missing something major.

1) Skipping school, like robbery, is illegal.
2) If you get caught on robbery, you get punished in some way. That should happen when you skip school.
3) You'll never learn how to puncuate if you keep breaking the law like that.
