I agree somewhat, but with skills being stupidly easy to get to 99 nowadays (i.e pest control. pyramid plunder, cooking and fletching) if something was introduced to be made at 99 it couldn't really be too good because so many people would have it. =\

It wouldn't work becuase there would only be one type of rune, and that would probably be VERY expensive. It wouldn't balance out with mage is what I'm saying.

Mmm, yeah I agree. Maybe If they gave each skill something new but with a requirement of lvl 100 (in that skill) and a skill cape.
