"High Level"?

Well, a few days I was fishing in the fishing guild a low level, I think 50-80, ask me something.
I answered to his question and then he said "I never though a high level would talk to me".
I'm a level 125 so that's a high level, no matter how you look at it.

In my clan we are currently motivating members who are below level 115 to train very hard.
So we concider 115- a low combat level.

Ofcourse if you start player and you see a level 70 you think he's a high level.
That happened to me.
I remember seeing a level 76 taking on 2 or 3 Draynor jail guards and I said "I hope i'm gonna be as strong as you one day".
But now I can one-hit level 76's with a decent Dragon Dagger p++ special
