yea that happened to me, i made an appeal sayin somethin like "why am i banned i worked so hard for this account! i may aswell just quit!"

they unbanned be saying

"however this is your last chance"

then i got banned for offence language when some1 else was on my account

No, I never got banned, and my flag is still on green, and I got 2 people banned

When the flag system came out, it said I had an offence from like Febuary, 2005, and there was no evidence... It went away a few days later, though.

I have an offense I cannot appeal.

It was placed on my account before the "system change" as Jagex puts it. Offensive language, they say.

Well if it was on there, personally I think they should be able to keep track of it and let me appeal it.

was it censored or you bypassed the word filter? I'm just wondering because I don't know if Jagex can give you a black mark if you say something that is censored... I personally think they can't, but I ain't sure
