i wouldn't worry to much about it happening again, jagex found out about the last major bugs, due to construction, the hard way from the first time it happened and u can be sure they've looked over all the possible ways to make it happen again.

^^^only in the dungeon rooms & oubliette tho & once u leave ur own house, the pvp mode is turned off automatically.^^^
