I don't know... but you must agree that everyone uses other people's idea.
I think it is fine if you take other people's idea and be creative and build on it.
It is completely unacceptable if you don't change anything, copy it, and even claim it as your own...

I guess you could say that.

Another example (Sorry if it has been said) is the wands and the whole Mage arena... Harry Potter.

But I do agree that some of the ideas look copied, and unless the ideas get pattented, there's nothing we can do about them, lol.
