What weapon do u perfer?

Personally i prefer the longsword, although i hardly ever use it because im a mage.

I just feel the longsword has more elegance than the scimmy, dagger, b axe, warhammer, mace and 2h, and is more powerful than the shortsword.

A hatchet is for woodcutting and a pick is for mining, not for combat. Yes i know they can be used in combat, but i just dont like doing so.

And i cant use claws or spear or hally. Im not a member.

I am one of those rare people in runescape who choose things for looks, elegance and style. Particularly elegance. Im wierd like that.

is a longsword about the same as speed and strength as a skimmy?

well i just asked my friend and he says its slower but hits more. says its rate is 3:4

I prefer whip and some barrows weapons but since their not there I'll go with the Scimmy.

Since there is no whip option, I'd have to go with the longsword. Although it is a bit slower, it makes up for it with increased attack. I have hit 20s with rune long sword in p2p o.0 Although I don't accually have a d long sword, it would be my choice over the scimmy as I feel the the d scimmy's special is lacking.
