another subject tied in with POH would maybe be a postal system? Then you could send things to ppl's houses without having to go there, a personal also "emergency bank chest" like a bank but not linked to ur account, like a safe or summit, and lastly things you drop in your own house won't disappear while u stay in ur house, but aren't visible to others
