1.Personally I think a noob is someone who calls someone a noob. For example if someone called someone else a noob I'd think 'wow they're a noob' but wouldn't actually say it to their face, cos that'd make me one.
OR
2. Anyone who hasn't read the replies to this conversation/topic. Because obviously we know what a noob is now and if they don't, then they're the noob.
