Is everybody crazy? "Mask Price"

Hi, I like to point out the prices for mask today.

First off, I have a chance to visit world 1 to sell my zamorak leg.
And I saw lots of people buying and selling masks for over 1 M.
Is there any special reason why the prices is so high?
Usually green masks don't go up over 1 M, but people are buying for over 1M.
I haven't been visiting the marketplace a lot these few days, I was wondering what happend.

u think that's insane last time i had seen mask prices the entire set was only 1 mill., they just didn't drop after haloween this year and have been steadily increasing same with santa hats which a year or so ago had fallen to 200k after xmas. crazy the way those worthless items prices are.

the one thing thats dropping is clue armours, i cant even sell my rune g legs for 400k, which is good, im looking for at least 500k now

o and my addy g legs are hard to sell at 50k too lol, but i got 700k for a santa

Jrblast, you're right. Those clue armours are dropping and more harder to sell.
And yea, the prices of those rares have increased lots. After 2004's Christmas, they went down to about 300k and no one didn't even want to buy.

Prices are so mutable these days you can't tell whats what anymore. People were getting chewed up in the forums like;

>Selling Maul, 1.2mil!

>>>Nuh-uuuuh 800k!!!!!!oooooone

Point is it was crazy.

BTW: Whips, 12 mil now??

Well it kinda worksl like this. One person goes into market and sells for 1mil wich isnt usual asking price. Then another guy thinks well if he sells for that much I will. And so long and so forth. Or atleast thats how I see it.

They alch for like 100 gp, so I doubt he'd alch them, probably just stockpiling them so he can sell them all for 20 mill.

But no way would he hi-alch him, he'd just keep all of them to himself, so when theres only few left any they're selling for 50 mil, he can repeat the process

hmm, no wonder jagex canceled holiday drops, i mean 20 mil for a phat??? 30 mil for party cracker??? thats insane, i wish i were rich... o well, its just a game

BOT, a while ago i traded rune g legs for a santa, yesterday i sold my santa for 700k, and the most ive ever seen rune g legs go for is 650k, now i cant even get 400k lol its really weird the way things work... but some prices are still very steady, like items traded in bulk like yews feathers bars ores etc... it hink its because of the big increase in population which according to a poll i saw a while ago, consisted of over 50% of the runescape population in 2004, same time as me, so just when most people can affor things they go up, its like the baby boomers of runescape lol, and when these people stop playing, things will be hell, not enough people to do stuff like mine coal for those who are too lazy etc...

why buy it? I think its a waste of time its pixel plastic, buy armour get better buy equipment to raise stats thats wut i do.

Same, I don't bother getting useless items such as phats, masks, trimmed armour, ect.
