They would have to announce it in the making because like with rsc..updates slack because there working on it, they have to show some sign of hope or people start thinking there doing nothing and just taking there money.

Usually when it gets busy, they make more worlds. But only if it is busy on p2p as well.

Who knows, they might come out with it, but then again, they might not.
