She's where you would start the quest: Lumbridge Swamp caves (also noted in your in-game quest journal). You'll need a lantern to get there, then wander aroun a bit, go through a tunnel, talk to Juna, do the quest and then do the mini-game. Too bad you can only do the mini-game once a week. :cry:
