the discount the gloves give you is 2/15ths off the price. i have not checked the selling price yet.
and the karamja gloves 2's agility exp boost another 10% of the base ticket value, or in otherwords 24 extra each ticket. for example, if you cash in 1 ticket, which is worth 240 exp, you would get 264 exp. if you cash in 100 tickets, worth 28,000 exp, you would get 30400... 28000 + (100x24=2400) = 30400
in summary, 2/15 off all island purchases, assumed 2/15 more when selling on the island, 1/2 off on all boats in karamja, and 24 extra exp per ticket.
