The answer is no. There are some fairy ring islands that people don't spend their time on and perhaps never will, and then there is that large area in the Underground Pass that I can guarantee that nobody would like to stick around and traverse every square.

Indeed, in the elven lands and the haunted woods, there are all those nooks and crannies that people just skip because they're not interested in it.

The answer is no. There are certain unaccessible areas like in the caged area in Varrock bank and the islands near the champions guild that no one has ever walked on and possibly never will (Unless Jagex decides it would be fun to make a quest where you could finally lock-pick that stupid gate ...).

Those squares are unwalkable. The question is regarding walkable squares.

I'm not entirely sure. There are many areas all over the place that people tend to just walk through without stepping on every square, but then again a lot of those squares probably have been walked on to kill monsters and get items and stuff.

I'm going to say yes. Despite the fact some squares have an incredibly low likelihood of being walked on, there are a large number of players in the game. Some monsters dwell in strange places to be sought out by people. Some clans hold meetings in strange places. With the number of players in RuneScape, the likelihood of every square having been walked on is probably quite close to 1.

Well over the years i think that every square has been stepped on between beta servers and public servers.

I don't think so. It could be possible, but it is not likely. There are many corners that people just wouldn't bother to step on.

Spoiler for Nietszche Quote:

But what did such a Teuton afterwards look like when he had been "improved" and led into a monastery? Like a caricature of a human being, like an abortion: he had become a "sinner," he was in a cage, one had imprisoned him behind nothing but sheer terrifying concepts... There he lay now, sick, miserable, filled with ill-will towards himself; full of hatred for the impulses toward life, full of suspicion of all that was still strong and happy. In short, a "Christian"... - Twighlight of the Idols
