What does that mean?

I didn't break any rules, I have a pin, and had a very unguessable password. With numbers and letters (about 14 characters long)

did u enter ur pass and bank pin when someone was around you?
do you have a decent firewall and antivirus that updates recently?

I have norton antivirus, no1 was near me, and i didnt tell anyone my password, don't know how anything could happen, but it did because its me, and I always get f**ked
