omg!! jagex chat got out of hand!

haha its prity dumb... i got 87 fletching a few minits ago (150k form 88 now) and i says "green: yes 87 fletching about time" but it came out " yes 87 ******** about time" then about 3 secconeds later about 10 noobs in seers bank said TGK6 i reported you... /cry

As stupid as the chat filter can be and jagex is towards banning random people, you wont be banned if reported for saying *******, it could mean anything... like fletching :roll:

It blocks the silliest words out. Such as "bugger", what harm is that doing to people if you call them a bugger? I'm used to being called one.

Fletching has been blocked for about a month and a half but it's fixed now, and maybe if some people who play would learn some correct grammer den evyting wuldn b blked owt. :roll:

Isnt, wasnt and arent are blocked. You have to make sure you include the apostraphes: isn't, wasn't and aren't. Otherwise the nt gets blocked.

Somewhat, they're trying to make us learn how to use puntuation. I'm sure 80+% can't use an apostrophe.

The downside is that, there are somethings that shoudn't be blocked (my main's name, Xhopesxfallx comes out Xhopes*f****) and they don't block some really bad words, still...
