Ok, sorry if there is already a guide, but I haven't seen one, so I thought I'd help out. If there is One I sincerly apologise to all concerned in said making of guide.

Firstly: I have been to alot of sites and all those site's I have seen *First get a set of rune armour.* This is fair play to creater but I have a question, how does a lvl 3 wear full rune :?:

If you have a main suppliying cash follow this version:
Get yourself a set of Iron armour, tyou are after all only a lvl 1 def, 1 attack and 1 strength to begin with  this is alot more efficent then a set of full rune for a lvl 3...

People without a cash resource follow this version:
Sorry, pity about not having any cash  Well, you will have to work slightly harder than the others but don't worry it pays off in the end. Ok, well there's only 2, ideally quick ways of doing this. First is to get youself a bronze pickaxe (barbarian village/the hut with a spinning well) or use the one you left the island and start mining. After you mine 68 of each (copper and tin), then you'll hit lvl 15 mining, I still recommend going to varrock mining circle. It's ideal as it's close to a bank and isn't packed with vicious scorpions. Save all the ores you get and well bank 'em for smithing xp later. After this begin mining away that iron! getting a mere 1,000 ores will get you lvl 40 mining! It will aslo sell for 60-100 gp each Thats about 60,000-100,000 gold pieces! Now you have a slight cash flow coming through you'll be able to buy some iron armour! You can buy this for about 2,000 Gp (gold pieces) from a player and about 3,000 from various shops.

What armour to wear for now?
For the first steps of training I would personaly buy an Iron platebody, iron platelegs, full/large helmet, iron kite sheild and a weapon of your choice (I use a long sword for training, average speed, decent hits). Wearing this you will be practically 5x better at combat and receiving damage. Now, the first skill you should train is attack (unless you followed route B which would be mining :D ) get this to lvl 5 after you hit that buy a steel weapon, you undoubted shoud have enough money to buy from mining or your main. Yes, I realised I havent stated what yto fight, simply Cows or Goblins. Cows drop hides which can sell from 75-150 per and they also drop bones. Golbins drop a vairety of runes (used in magic), bones, coins (gp), bronze square sheild (type of armour) and others.

Wait! A darn minute, you didn't tell me where they can be found!
Oh yeh  , goblins can be found assortedly spread across runescape and cows can be found at lumbridge (across the bridge from where you start), goblins can also be found here. Although alot of people train at cows so it may be slightly packed...

Train all you stats (attack, defence and strength) there until you reach about combat lvl 25 then go buy yourself some mithril armour! You can get the entire set for a MAXIMIN of 15,000gp. Use the same weapon as you were. Now you should have comb at skills roughly like this (25 attack, 20 defence, 20 strength, 1 prayer and 22 hitpoints). Doesn't matter if you don't. Strength isn't the key here... Make sure you DEFEINETLY get 20 defence and 20 attack. Now, I guess your bored of goblins and cows huh? I thought so... The main reason you need good defence and armour is for the next part of combat training... ALkahrid warriors! WARNING: they will team you so becareful and heal when you go about 10 hits....

SPEAKING of food! You didn't tell us what to eat!
I would recommend meat, simple rat meat. They aren't hard to kill. It doesn't waste ages of your time fishing and it doesn't cost much...
However, if have a main buy/fish and cook some trout (heals 7 hitpoints),
this is less costly for now and also won't waste the extra couple of hits you couple spare like lobsters would. When you hit about combat lvl 30 then you secondary accounts use lobsters and self-workers. Get mining Iron again (coal takes too long and is tedious). Now I would start investing in a better pickaxe, a mithril or adamantite would be sufficent (mithril costing 1-3k (K=thousand gp). And an addy (adamantite) costing roughly 3-5K. This would speed it up GREATLY. Get another 1K iron and sell for the same price (60-100K). ALWAYS, I repeat ALWAYS try and sell for the highest ammount you can!!! After that your ready to rock and roll and should have about 90-190K left over (if you didn't buy anything not on this guide that is). So now your a lvl 30 What now?

What now?!
Well a lvl 30? Hmmm, you MUST DEFIENTLY get at least lvl 30 attack and defence now!!! Strength can wait. I suggest you train on lvl 13 skeletons, these will hit particularily well so Now you self-workers gunna need better food than that rubbish Ol' rat meat!

TO BE CONTINUED LATER!

Your guide is pretty good. You should include some pictures when you continue it. The other version that is already written on the forums has pictures and names a lot of training spots.

The other version on this forums is right now a few threads below this one. Its written by Emp. Thats why the forum rules tell you to use the search button and search for what you are looking for or going to write. I suggest you take a quick look at the rules before you do anymore posting.

Wizard's got a point but often 2 ideas can be beter than one. Diffrent approaches might work beter for diffrent people! However still there is a search button.
