I don't doubt that it is my fault in some way, I am just suprised that they don't care about finding the person who hacked it.
I would assume that this isn't the first time this person hacked someone, but if you don't come down hard on hackers, why would they ever stop?

Exactly, too many people complain about being hacked. It just isn't a thing that Jagex needs t worry about.

they probably care but they cant do anything for you. they cant give items back to every people who got hacked, thats obv. they can neither be sure that you are providing the right ip or that you actually got hacked.
