is any else finding problems with their xbox live?

Yeah, there has been problems since Christmas day that Microsoft is still working on.

If you ever want to check the status of Xbox Live, just go to this part of the Xbox website and just check the top right corner box.

XBL is working fine for me, however i did have some log-in/sign up problems on sunday.

I think your problem vary from your internet connection and where you're located in relation to the Xbox Live Servers. A lot of international users outside the united states can't even login, while myself living in the united states, I can get on somewhat fine. Takes a while for the marketplace to load, but at least it's working. For a couple days now Call of Duty 4 has been dead on and off.
