Yaa. This was confirmed awhile ago. The games will have the same BC issues the disks have (if any, quiet a few xbox games do have issues on the 360), no dashboard support and no achievements.

There identical to the disks in everyway except there over priced and take up more memory.

I'll stick to secondhand versions thaankss MS.
