80 Combat doesn't help out. It actually makes it worse. It would be good to have up nothing but defence and HP so not that many people could attack you.

I'm thinking most people wont have those types of stats so i'm going on the average RS player. I also think that you would need quite high stats to complete heros (to recharge glories), but what you say does help evade pking...

Nice guide, but maybe instead of some sharks, perhaps lobsters? Cheaper and easier to catch.

Actually, sharks SHOULD be used becasue of this formula:
Mages bind you for 15 secs = 3 spells
1 spell = 30 max
1 shark = 20hp healed
So theoretically, you stand MUCH MORE of a chance surviving a mage attack with sharks unless the mage hits 30 EVERY spell which is highly unlikely...

However some people do use lobs and get one fine
