The Saints 120+

The Saints Clan strives to promote not only the success of our clan as a whole, but for the success of all our members in all that they do.
We expect and demand excellence in all that our members do, and do not accept mediocrity. We are here to help each other, we are here to succeed.

A member of the Saints strives to be the best he or she can be. He/She is respectful to all people, not just the ones he forms friendships with and his/her actions support his/her belief in the ways of the clan. His/Her general behavior gives evidence of his pride in being a member of the Saints Family.

To build an active, friendly community, where members can work together, trust each other, express themselves freely, and over all else - enjoy themselves.

1. "Esprit de corps" - Team Spirit
~ We believe that anything can be accomplished if we work as a team. We are strong believers in the promotion and need for team spirit. A clan is nothing without its members.

2. Members are People, not Problems.
~ We believe that members of the Saints are to be view as people and not problems. Everyone has feelings, opinions, and special abilities that they bring into the clan. We view everyone as a major part of the clan and not just another member, or not just another problem to deal with.

3. YOUR Problem is OUR Problem.
~ We care for all of our members and know that what affects one member affects the whole clan. Why? Because we know that when you are going through a tough time your attitude toward not just everyone else changes, but your attitude toward yourself changes, and when one of our member changes it changes the clan. We believe that no matter how small the problem may seem to be to us, it is a huge problem to you and we will work with you to help you solve and over come this problem.

4. Excellence
~ We strive to promote and achieve excellence in all that we do, as a clan and individuals. For only when we are being our best, are we truly being ourselves.

5. Enjoyment
~ We desire that every member can enjoy his/her experience with the clan to their highest standard. By taking not our own standard, but our members standard we are giving them control over the clan which in turn allows them to have the most fun possible.

Our rules are simple, fair, and easy to remember.

1. Have Fun

If you are not having fun in the clan, then there is a problem. The main goal of the clan is to be a group of friends who hangout and have fun.

2. All users must abide by the Rules of RuneScape with civility, respect and fairness, without questions or exceptions.

There is absolutely no need to disrespect or flame anyone. Keep your conversations mature and remain cool-headed. Profanity/obscene language and comments will be allowed in accord with Jagex’s new filter system as long as it is not used in an excessive nature nor used towards another person. It is to be understood that everybody has different political, religious, moral, social, etc. views. Discussing events or beliefs like this is okay, but is preferred to take place in private chat. Discussing politics in the Clan Chat is acceptable, with a few conditions. If other users ask you to please calm down or stop the discussion because it is getting out of hand, kindly do so. It is very easy for these kinds of discussions to quickly evolve into heated arguments.

In addition there will be no begging or asking other people for money/items or “I’ve been hacked” conversations in the clan - even jokingly. It will be understood that this type of conversation is an attempt to scam clan members. You can beg or discuss your claim of being hacked elsewhere.

3. No Spamming.

Spamming/Flooding is - defined by Jagex – is to fill the chat window with unnecessary text. This includes but is not limited to the constant spam of Quick Chat features. We understand you may be excited which may occur due to leveling up, etc., but do not spam the chat. One or two messages is all you need.

4. Obey orders from Staff

The Staff are hand chosen by me. You are to follow all of their orders and do as they say. THIS INCLUDES TALKING BACK TO STAFF WHEN CORRECTED
If you see them misusing their power or authority, please take a picture of it and submit it using the “Report a member/problem” feature.

5. Forum Usage and Name Changes

All members must be registered on the clan site.

If you change your name, you must post =HERE=. This is to assure that you get credit for all that you do, i.e. clan events, recruits, posting. If you do not post, we will not update your name, and thus you will not earn any credit until your new name is posted.
When changing your name please do not use another member's name in your new name. This will be seen as both impersonation and as being disrespectful. Also do not use inappropriate names. (You may be removed from the clan until this is fixed)

Consequences/Dealing with Rule Breakers

One warning (or none at all) will be given after which the rule breaker will be kicked from the clan chat. Please note that being kicked from the clan chat DOES NOT mean you are kicked from the clan. Clan chat kicks last for one hour (Jagex's text will say temporary banned - misleading words.) Any serious disruption or repetitive offender can and will be temporarily or permanently blocked from entering the chat and removed from the clan.
