Whenever I try to post on RuneWire, i get this error, or some similar error:

Something Went Wrong

Something went wrong with your post. Try again.

Does anyone know why/how to fix this?

What url are you trying to access? I was just at www.rsbandb.com/runewire and it was fine.

Give me a bit more information please.

Yeah, sorry... Uhm, on http://www.rsbandb.com/runewire, there is the box to post whatever.. And when I try to post in there, i get that other error that i posted up there ^... or this one I just got :

Something Went Wrong

Could not complete your request. Invalid token.

Not sure what it means, and has been happening a few days now... :| Also on a slightly related note, has Runewire been updated to link to a new page such as : http://www.rsbandb.com/runewire/replies/182233 whenever you click on the comments on a particular post? If so, this is slightly annoying, however I am sure you had good reason for it.

To try to remedy my problems, I have deleted browsing history, and other than that I am at a lost... Thanks.

-Halo

That update happened in June. Do you have Javascript turned on? Easy way to test is to click the "add media" or "add map" button in the post box.

I suggest you turn Javascript on if it's off, it's a much better experience.

Edit: It looks like it's doing that for some reason if Javascript is off, so yours probably is. Since that's not the main version that most people use don't expect a fix until tomorrow or sometime this weekend.

Hmm.. ok. How can I turn on Javascript? I can add a map, but not a image/video..

Also, what did you mean by:

Most people use the site with JavaScript turned on. Its messes up when it is off. He will work on a fix but that is not high on the priority list because most people don't use it with it turned off.

You appear to be using IE9, so the directions for that browser would be:
  1. Go into internet options
  2. Click on security tab
  3. Click "Custom Level…" button
  4. Scroll down to almost the very bottom
  5. Under "Scripting", enable "Active Scripting"
  6. Click Ok/Apply on any subsequent dialogs

Over 99% of people have javascript enabled, it being under "Security" is nothing you should be worried about.

I checked that, and "Active Scripting" was enabled, and yes, I am using I.E. 9... if I make a RuneWire post here in a few, either A) IE9 has fixed its self, or B) I have moved on to Chrome.. :\ either way, I cant deduce the problem...

@Shane,

I don't think this is a problem with RW... I mean, don't get me wrong, it may well be. But I think it has somethign to do with my internet... I am going to Firefox to see if that changes anything..

-Halo

P.S.- I would use chrome, but everytime I am not moving my mouse on it, the mouse dissapears... Does any1 know why?

Thanks again.

Also, not sure if this applies, but I cannot click on stuff like the "Stumble" button on stubleupon, the "Save authorization details for 6 months"(on the personalized rs toolbar) or any other buttons of the sort.. not sure why.. If you can help me with this, I would be grateful.
