IRC is extra when you already have a clan chat in RS. We can all just use the clan chat.

The first one on the list, the 2nd one is just a replacement exe if you already had the program.

The next 2 are for hosting a server.

Teamspeak is good. Ive used it on other games and i think its a good way to talk.

is teamspeak use a microphone thing? is it free?

^ teamspeak itselft is free, but you need to have a microphone to be able to talk to others, however you can join the channels without the microphone, and still hear others talking but they wont hear you.
