what can runescape mods do?

alot of people turn it down ofcourse, alot of high level players have been offered the position, i know several 115+ combats that have been offered it, but being a player mod can make you an idea target for hax ect.. so thats why some turn it down, and the fact that there would'nt be the "abuse report" when zez was a noob, lol when that function was released he was 99 smith lmao, the stories you guys come out with.
