Co-ordinates help!

Ok so i got this clue, which leads up to Troll Stronghold.
I know where it is and all but i need some questions answered.
What quests do i need to do to go there?
Will a level 78 (might raise) able to get there pretty easy?
Also heres a more specific map of where i'm going;
