i use mspaint to make several .gif images then use unfreeze to animate the.

how u use unfreez? i got it up but all it comes up wiv is a window wiv clear all remove frame n all other stuff wat do i clik?

It's a process in Photoshop and Imageready called tweening. Here is a tutorial.

I make the sig in photoshop then move it into imageready and animate the layers.

You need both Adobe Imageready to animate .gifs. Adobe Photoshop is a program that you use to make the image(s) and Imageready animates them.
