HOW do YOU ftp PHPBB correctly?!

I have been trying to get it up on my site, but it always does nothing... What ftp program did you guys use to upload it, and explain how you ftp'd it with that program please... Thanks.

When you download the files, it should have a file telling you how to upload the things. O yeah, and about the FTP program, I like CuteFTP. Its got like a 30 day trial or something, but works great.

ok.. i use cuteftp.. i uploaded it... nothing shows up...
