According to several music sites, Ronny James Dio died earlier today. :cry:

It's not yet %100 confirmed but it seems to be leaning toward true. Dio fans discuss.

Looking at the page, they've updated it again to say that he actually hasn't passed away. He's been battling stomach cancer for a while now though, so I hope he struggles through!

Yeah I heard about this, Heaven and Hell had to cancel appearences at Sonisphere and Bloodstock which is pretty gutting but hopefully he gets better.
