They story is this: People tried to get horses into the game, Jagex said no and people kept asking. Suddenly there are horses you can buy, the only problem they are toy horses.
After a while people begin to complaing about dragon plates, Jagex said no again and people kept asking again. Suddenly there are spinning plates you can buy (with a dragon on it). If you ask Diango why it took so long for the spinning plates to arrive at his shop he says that thieves saw Dragon Plates on the label of the crates with the spinning plates
