I need addiction help....

I am addicted to runescape severily.... i want to quit bad.....
I tried to quit.... for 4 hours i was watching tv, twitching the whole time and thinking of runescape.....
I had this horrible feeling in my stomach....

Can someone help me?

Yeah. Another way quit Runescape is getting addicted to another game!!! I quitted Diablo2 cuz im addicted to RS

Or you could find a sport you like and want to improve in. I tried skateboarding but oh jeez, I suk!!! I'll stick to playing Tony Hawk Underground and wont try to mimic the moves in real life again

Well get a job. With a job and school, ull barely have time to play(if u got long shifts in your job).

tell a freind the paasword and to change it, first let them take your stuff (if your truely quitting), then right b4 their done they cane chang the pass too somthing complaetly random like: gfhgdye78736y46.........or something, then dont let them right it down..............and ur done for good

ok rather than get a friend to do it just press any keys on the keyboard really fast then copy and paste it from the top 1 to the bottom 1 so u ave a complete copy and voila ull ave 2 start another account which will be boring and you will quit

then later wish u hadnt done that and want to come back

God I hate that. That happened to me back in Christmas Vacation. There are a couple ways to do this. If you are P2P, let the membership run out and force yourself to not make another payment. Usually F2P is boring after you have been a member. hmm, I can't think of anything else. Except outplaying yourself. If you start to play more and more and more each day, you'll eventually accomplish so much that you just get bored and want to quit. That's what happened to me and my friend.

I hate when that happens..
When I am at school, my brain keeps on thinking about "RS"..
And I missed Runescape so bad during my Christmas Vacation!..

I tried the following:

1:Hang out with friends, get a social life
2: get a job
3: Play someother game

If all else fails, cut your internet from your pc, and burn your pc alive. That should solve the problem
