Dear Homerman2,

Swarms are indeed nasty things....
You can't kill them, but you can outrun them^_~

As with most things on the Runescape, the swarms are there to test you! Some beasts test your strength - others test your mind!

Happy questing^_^

Sincerely,
Mod Emma V

Yea..the real reason is they want to disrupt autoers making an unkilable monster were you can only deal with it by running away is perfect.

i personally think that that didnt answer the question.perhaps its because...well...its a swarm.theres small and numerous,so its hard trying to hit one.but thats just my two cents

U also forgot somthing. More bugs could join in making the swarm stay neutral so it dosen't lose hp.

Dear Homerman2,

Thanks for the message,

They are not a full on monster, they are rather specialised :)

How would you go about attacking a swarm if it were the real world anyway? What good is a sword going to do?

Happy gaming!

They got a point unless it was a swarm of bees near the hive. o wait that would be worse. Where did I put that can of Bug spray???

i know that extreme just put this in his quote, but think about real life...a swarm is an angry bunch of insects. If u slashed them with ur scimmy, ur just going to miss, and irritate them even more.

I find it funny as hell cs find the time to reply to these sort of questions..yet if its bug abuse or just a report..it takes forever to get a reply, most of the time i wont even get one.
