Yes, you can buy the plate over there, quit asking people if they are sure or not, the rule said that if you wiling to supply info, you have to make sure they are true!

kites are drops from ice giants and squares from mossys i got 2 full black sets from clues only and baxe there is a scimmy spawn in paladin tower or ardouge castle call it what you want.
