wearing a wealth ring doesnt give u better items, it just give u a better chance of rare items from that monster appearing. if a monster can drop gems and such, wealth ring gives u greater chance to get them. not wearing one just means u dont have that greater chance, but u can still get the good items

Ok, But it also gives higher chances of geting coins..
Go train on Moss giants, put your ring on and 80 % of the time, you are getting coins..Then try taking it off, you start getting items like black sq mith sword..etc

All i know is i aint getting no rares and im wasting more moneyt on swordfish then getting.

i sent a message to jagex support wondering if you could get ban from getting rares.

I read in i think the rules on Runesape forums that if you gt ban from runesscape forums it could effect you ingame aswell..

I'm ban from the forums... i couldent say why because it was a year ago but w/e... maybe thats effecting my drops!

According to a Jagex player mod, forgot which one, you have to already have gotten the rare drop to have the drop rate for it increased..

Sure

For example, let's say normal drop rate for the D Chain is 1/1000. You have to have already have gotten one chain for the drop rate for you to drop to 1/800, or however much % it increases your chances. That's a bit better, I think..

So you mean that the more rares you get, the more higher chances you can get rares? right? and that was a whole lot better

all it is suppose to do is raise your chance of getting a rare item by 20 of 25 percent but clues don't count...I had a ring of wealth for a short time and without I got 5 rune javelins from fire elementals and with I got 5 rune javelins from fire elementals...I wish I got the dragon spear.and then a guy gave me a ring of wealth for 5 nats.
