i wouldnt have the patience to get 40k xp for defence 40, when you hit 1s and 2s all the way.....

I highly doubt that that level 1 has full rune... it doesn't add up, and remember that he'd have to complete dragon slayer (I had a hard time @ level 45 with full rune with chain)

I looked up the dudes high scores and he doesn't even have 40 def.. But i've seen a lvl 15 with full addy mine rune.. so addy is possible.. But i don't know about that full rune lvl 17..

no guys, 17 is the min level for 40 defense if thats all you train, no prayer...no range or attack or anything like that (too much hits xp) but yes, my friend has a level 17 that can wear full rune. no plate of course...chain has to do it for him...he goes on the account about once a month after all that work :roll:
