I'm 13 and i've been playing since i was about 11 on a different account. B-Day on 29th september.
I'm lvl 57 now.

Yep, we can drive at 14. We can get an instruction permit when we drive with parents and have it for 6 months and get a restricted permit which allows us to drive by ourselves from 6 AM to 10 PM. Or if you take driver's ed you only have to wait 3 months to get a restricted. Then 16 is the operator's licsense like everyone else in the country.

no not really. you take a written test for instruction and driving test for restricted

im 16 and have been playing for 4 years but not consistantly. I always have huge breaks when i become bored with runescape.
