i think a sheath would be sorta good coz it would look cool.
eg. you see a guy walking then he pulls a sword out of a backpack half the length of the sword. (looks crap)
or, u see a guy pull his sword out of a sheath on his belt, the right length and width of his sword. (looks cool)

after you wear ur dragonhide legs, there is a quiver on the side with few arrows in it if you look at it closely, but it's really hard to see though, and not only that, you take out arrows from that spot.

the reason jagex did this might because it's hard to reach ur hand all the way back and get arrows, and quiver has no use

No man, Jagex will probably lose over five thousand bucks if they do that.. cause little kids play runescape too, if there are animated blood, game will be rated higher, and little kids can't play

lil kids? i have posted new tread on how old the players are, the most of them are 13 and older or even far in the sixties (u may have at this time an heathattack) so WE WANT BLOOD!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

about the sheaths though, u couldn't carry around 28 shields or swords in your backpack (in real life) it is slightly unrealistic

sheeths would be a very good idea. i hate havin to train range in a dungeon, then havin to go all da way back to bank to get me sword to train combat. so annoying.
