Vestas or torva with fury whip dfs d boots regen obby cape berserker ring is the best without doing any quests
if you have a couple bil: torva, fury, d boots, bandos gloves, skill cape/firecape, row/beserker ring, claws and spec restores
okay, more reasonably priced: torags, verac's helm or neitiznot helm, whip with defender or ss, d boots, fury/glory. and barrows gloves or any other recipe for disaster gloves. or full bandos whip dfs
