Hands are probably the hardest anatomy to draw, and you pulled it off really well.
The whole thing looks great, the perspective is leeetle odd looking but is a nice idea.
I would say work on the face/head.

The face doesent look good. It is really small, and squinted up. You are drawing Manga type guys right? Make the eyes big, and cheerful, or slanted and hateful. But the little squinted eyes dont look good with manga. Other than that it looks pretty good. Tye adding more shadowing to it.

If you read the comments, the you should know that he is for "something in the future". That "something" comes after my "to do" list, and at the top of the list is "get better at drawing". No joke.

Not to bash on you, but the hands are out of proportion (contrary to some of the other comments). The best way I can describe it is to go in front of a mirror and hold a ruler in the same fashion as your character is. For instance, you'll notice that in a position such as this one, the character's hands in the direct front wont have any of the arms showing at all. Nice improvement though :wink:
